01 · Rights attestation
You bring the content. You attest that you hold, or have secured, the rights needed to process and publish it. AkariClip follows the attestation model used by template-based editors: we ask you to confirm your rights at upload, and we act on valid takedown notices. We do not pre-screen or block features.
By submitting media to AkariClip you represent and warrant that you own it, or hold licenses, releases, and permissions sufficient for AkariClip to process it and for you to publish the results, including any music, footage, images, and the name, image, and likeness of people appearing in it. This attestation is a condition of use; the full terms below build on it. Rights complaints and takedown notices: legal@akariclip.ai (see the Terms, section 7).
